The Archives Learning Lab (ALL) investigates the relationships between people, archives, and records in an ever-changing world. From personal and family documents to professional and government records, individuals and communities are defined by the records they create and the records that are created about them. We work to bring together students, archivists, faculty, and others in an effort to facilitate collaboration and research on pressing archival questions.

Located adjacent to the Special Collections department in University of North Texas’ Willis Library, ALL is a collaborative effort between the College of Information’s Department of Information Science and UNT Libraries. In addition to research opportunities, lab participants are exposed to practical, hands-on applications of archival knowledge.
